  3. Estando cocida la carne de cerdo y el pollo sacarlos para desmenuzar, el agua de la cocción de las 2 carnes la vamos a reservar.
  4. Metemos a hervir los chiles guajillos limpios sin semillas con 1 taza y media de agua.
  5. Estando hervidos y suaves los chiles los pasamos a la licuadora con el agua donde hervimos los chiles y con la cebolla y los 6 ajos donde cocimos la carne de cerdo y el pollo y 3 pizcas de orégano seco y licuamos muy bien.
  6. El agua donde cocimos la carne de cerdo y el pollo la juntamos en una sola olla y ahí vamos a meter lo de la licuadora y lo colamos.
  7. Ahora si vamos a meter la carne de cerdo el pollo y el maíz pozolero y mezclamos muy bien y dejamos hervir de nuevo y checamos la sal.
  8. Rallar la lechuga, picar cebolla, rebanar los rábanos, limones partidos, orégano molido y pasamos a servir.
  9. Agregamos jugo de limón, lechuga y cebolla a su gusto.
  10. Agregamos también rábano y orégano molido a su gusto.
  11. Mezclamos bien y listo,
