- Doras el Crepe por lado y lado, cuando ya esté listo lo colocas sobre un plato y le adicionas el relleno que desees, pollo, carne, atún, queso, jamón lo que tu quieras. En este caso yo le puse queso para untar, zanahoria rallada, una lonja de queso pera y jamón. Otra combinación fue queso, jamón, hummus y zanahoria.

- Por último lo cierras a la mitad como una media luna y pones queso rallado y a disfrutarrrr!!!

- Tip: antes de pasarlo a la mesa puedes ponerlo en el horno tostador o microondas para que se funda el queso que colocaste tanto encima como dentro del crepe. Sabrá delicioso!!!
