- 130 g harina de trigo
- 190 ml agua
- 125 ml leche de coco

- Primero de todo trituramos muy bien las especias para luego añadirlas a la salsa. Y vamos con la masa de los crepes. Mezclamos bien, batimos y colamos. Dejamos reposar mientras hacemos el pollo

- Vamos con el pollo. Ponemos en una cazuela el jengibre y el ajo rallados y dejamos que se doren con un poquito de aceite. Ahora le ponemos la cebolla a cuadraditos y cuando esté bien pochada añadimos las especias para que se tuesten un poco. Seguido de ello el tomate natural también a tacos pequeños.

- Retiramos un poco las verduras con las especias y añadimos el pollo. Dejamos que se dore un poco por todos sus lados.


- Cuando ya esté todo integrado añadimos el yogur natural. Damos unas vueltas y dejamos cocer a fuego medio mientras hacemos los crepes.

- Para hacer los crepes vamos a necesitar una botella vacía a la que haremos unos agujeros en el tapón con ayuda de un palillo y rellenamos la botella con la masa de los crepes que teníamos ya reposada.

- Ponemos una sartén antiadherente al fuego fuerte, barnizamos con aceite de coco o girasol y vamos poniendo la masa de los crepes de forma circular, así quedarán con agujeros. Que es justo lo que queremos. Dejamos unos minutos y retiramos.

- Todavía calientes vamos enrrollando, primero del lado ancho y luego del estrecho haciendo rollitos. Servimos acompañando el pollo al curry para mojarlos en la salsa y a disfrutar!
