  3. En una sartén o crepera con un poco de manteca o rocío vegetal agregar con 1/2 cucharón la masa de crepe que cubra la superficie y a fuego mínimo por 2' ó 3' por lado (tratar de que no doren mucho) recuerden que no son para panqueques, el dorado lo van a lograr luego en el horno.
  4. Por último, colocar el relleno en el crepe y dar la forma tradicional del canelón, o bien ir uniendo los extremos para luego darlo vuelta Y obtener el paquetito (a mi me encantan así, de esta manera no se escapa el relleno al servir). Ponerlos en recipiente para horno, colocar salsa roja, blanca o la que gusten, mucho queso por arriba para que gratine y hornear por 20' ó 25' a 170- 180 grados. Servir y a disfrutar 😆
