  3. Retiro del horno y le coloco la mermelada, en éste caso tenía un poco de dulce de frutilla, crema de limón, y dulce de leche, así que hice un suertido. Lo volví al horno por 8 o 10 minutos mas. Lo hago así para que no se seque tanto lo que se le pone. Retirar, dejar enfriar y colocar en la fuente de presentación.
  4. Para decorar un poquito por encima a las de dulce de frutilla le rallé choco blanco, a las de dulce de leche un poquito de nueces picadas y a las de la crema de limón desparramé ralladura de 🍋
