  3. Pasamos dándole vuelta a los pedazos para que se frian bien todos los pedacitos ya cuando vemos que todos estan fritos hechamos un poco de mostaza disuelta en un poco de agua y se la hechamos y dejamos que herva unos 2 minutos.
  4. Seguido echamos nuestra salsita naturas o la salsa de tomate que tengamos o nos guste ☺ y meneamos para que se disuelva con la mostaza y sazonamos con sal, consomé de res y pimienta (probar y dejar a nuestro gusto) agregamos agua para que nos abunde la salsita y dejamos que herva por unos 5 minutos.
  5. Pasados los 5 minutos echamos nuestra cebolla cortada en rodajas (círculos)y las agregamos y tapamos,bajamos el fuego a lento para que la cebolla se cueza lentamente (estar pendientes para que no nos quede muy blandita la cebolla)(la cantidad de la cebolla depende de nuestro gusto... yo echo una cebolla pequeña entera pero cortada en rodajas jeje)
  6. Servimos con alguna ensalada fresca y Buen Provecho a todos jeje
